    The goal: build strength that translates directly to your job.

    Mobility & Recovery

    A guided mobility session focused on:

    • Opening tight hips

    • Improving posture under load

    Perfect for professionals constantly lifting gear, reaching overhead, and repeating physical tasks all day.

    Nutrition Talk: How to Eat on Set AND Lose Weight

    A practical lecture covering:

    • Creating structure in unpredictable environments
